Which Lindy Size to Choose

The Hermès Lindy was originally released in 4 sizes.

The smallest, Lindy 26, is 26cm and perfect for those who want a small but practical bag. The Lindy 30 and Lindy 34 are medium sizes; the 30cm is an all-around size, and the 34cm has a bit more space for those who need it. For travel, Hermès released the Lindy 45, also known as the “Voyage” size, 45cm. But this size is no longer available.

In Fall/Winter 2019, Hermès released the Mini Lindy at 20cm. This tiny size was an instant hit and went global crazy. Today, the smaller sizes, especially the Mini Lindy, are the most sought after and hardest to find on the resale market.

Hermes Lindy Bag Materials

The Hermès Lindy comes in three main types of leather.

  • Clemence has a matte finish with big, natural-looking grains. It’s durable and scratch resistant, a great everyday bag.

Is Lindy Hard to Get?

Lindy is not a quota bag, but certain sizes and colors, especially the Mini Lindy, are hard to find.
